Non-Ecosystems is a series of manual graphic interventions that explore the complex interconnections between ecosystems subjected to extreme climate events. The collages, presented in portrait format and exhibited at the University of Campinas, Brazil, is a visual representation, acting as poetic narratives of the vulnerability and resilience of these environments.

Each graphic composition dialogues with the aesthetics of collapse and regeneration, revealing layers of interactions between natural elements and human actions. The materiality of the collages—overlapping textures, disconnected fragments, and intense colors—creates a visual tension that evokes the fragility of ecological boundaries in the Anthropocene era.

Through these interventions, the project proposes a critical reflection: how can we artistically represent ecosystems in imbalance without reinforcing an anthropocentric view? The series invites the observer to experience a visual ecology where climate chaos is not just a backdrop but an active agent in the aesthetic and symbolic recomposition of the natural world.
